“Glee” star Lea Michele and actor Zac Efron’s friendship has grown very close in the months following Cory Monteith’s death.
The pair have been friends since they starred together in the 2011 movie, “New Year’s Eve,” and have become increasingly close since the tragic passing of Cory Monteith earlier this year.

Lea Michele is said to be helping Zac Efron deal with his addiction issues after he completed a stint in rehab.
Lea knows all too well the dangerous of drug addiction since that is what her “Glee” co-star, and real-life boyfriend, Cory Monteith died from.
Monteith was found dead in a Vancouver hotel room after overdosing on heroin and alcohol. Michele has been heartbroken ever since.
